Founding-pilot enquiries

Include your public product URL, the audience you currently serve, and the growth outcome you want to measure. Do not send passwords, API keys, private customer data, or connected-account credentials.

Support and access problems

Describe the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened. You may include a screenshot after removing personal data and secrets. Access, invitation, review, publication, and tracking problems are handled through the same address.

Privacy and data rights

Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or deletion questions. Refendr will verify the requester before disclosing or changing account data. The privacy policy explains the current processing and retention posture.

Security reports

Use the subject “Security report” and provide a concise reproduction that avoids accessing another customer’s information. Refendr will acknowledge actionable reports and prioritise containment where necessary.
